Macro counting only?
i just asked this question in someone elses thread. But here it goes again. Is it possible to just count macros or is kcals something that really has to be counted?
current macros:
training and cardio
fat= 96g
pro=220g
carb=150g
cardio only
fat=126
carbs=56
pro=230
how does this look? Also once again is it possible to only do this

What do you think I've been figuring out all of my customized services with for the past 3 years?
Don't get me wrong, you do have to take into account the total # of KCALS that they add up to, so you can compare ratios further down the road, yes!! You learn from all that.
Personally, the formulas that I created all have the input values as macros and their representative kcal amounts per gram, never approached from a total kcal intake daily EVER.
Far less mistakes this way, as you tend to "understand" the purpose behind everything you are eating, and it's also far easier to pinpoint what is wrong, if anything.

ok swole i gotcha. So aslong as i know how many macros i want to take in per day the amount of kcals doesnt need to be taken in. Or did i miss something here. Sorry im a little slow today.? Also does that macro setup look ok as i just revised it a few days earlier.

Yeah, your macros are you total Kcals, broken down into one simpler form.

my last question is regarding when its time to make changes. Im under the impression that 2400kcals may get you to 11%bf but youd need less to get to 7%bf i think you get what i mean. But my question is how do i tweak the macros to ensure less kcals. Do i just take in less protein and up fats because thats what ive been doing so far but the kcals usually hover around the same area. I also know that dropping all macros in ones diet can be determental to lean mass.

That's where you have to experiment and keep your activity constant.
