    BBQ bad for bulking ?

I was eating BBQ last night and something popped in my mind . Is BBQ bad for bulking ? You are baking the raw flesh in its own juices you are not using any oils or butter . Anyone ?

There is nothing better - unless you slather it with sugar-filled sauce.

BBQ is the best while cutting.... you don't necessarily have to use BBQ sauce either. Get creative with seasoning and then throw your meat on the grill. IMO nothing makes eating plain old chicken or steak better than after you BBQ it. I sometimes have 1 day where I BBQ for the week and make like 20 chicken breasts.

Ya, I do this every weekend, makes things easy during the week so I don't catch myself skipping meals.

I use the low carb BBQ sauces. Expensive but not sugary.

I dont know, I definately love the bbq, especially since its gives me a chance to chill with the guys, but i personally think that when I unthaw a chicken breast then bake it, its alot more juicy then when i cook it on a grill or a foreman.

I always bbq with spices instead of using sauces. Smoking also gives a new taste.

same here bro, i use a little bit of this seasoning called Adobo made from goya, awesome one burgers and chicken breast and just about everything else you can think of, also for steak i use montreal steak, you can find this seasoning at BJ's or Costco.
