    cheat meal on a cardio day

    i usually do cardio 6 times a week but this monday i missed one day because of the long weekend i was up north fishing. So i was gonna make up my lost day on Sunday which is also my cheat day. Does it matter that im doing cardio on a day with a cheat meal in it, is it a waste to do the cardio on this day? Also should i still have a few pro/fat meals after my cardio before eating my carb filled cheat meal.

    you are burning fat from the previous day when yoou do cardio on your cheat day. i wouldnt say it was useless but missing a day of cardio is not going to hurt since you are pretty much consistent for the rest of the week.
