Question do i eat enough to grow?

    Current diet
    7:00 12 egg whites
fat free cheese sprinkled on top
    small amount of pace salsa
1/2 oatmeal with 1 cup water and splenda

10:00 1 can tuna w/ full fat mayo

    12:30 1 chicken breast
    1 cup rice
    2 cups green beans

3:00 1 can tuna w/ full fat mayo

5:30 3 scoops of peanut butter

    workout

    7:30 pwo shake
    2 scoops ON whey
    80g dextrose

    8:30 1 chicken breast
    1 cup rice
    2 cups green beans

    9:30 1 chicken breast
    1 tbsp flax oil

i am taking sustonan and finaplix (havent started fina yet) and i have not been getting the size gains i was hoping for. My lifts are going up every week. I am using the DC traing method what i put together of it anyway. i just started practicing for rugby again yesterday so that is more running than i used to do but its something i gotta do. I want to gain lean muscle, not fat. Is this diet ok or do i need to add something?

my 12:30 meal is my lunch time, i always feel like i am starving by the time i get there. the cans of tuna dont do much to curb my appetitie
im 200 lbs exactly 5'11. ive gained about 8 lbs since i started sust. but now the gains have stopped.
at 5:30 i just want to put a little somthing in my stomach cause i usually get home from work , grab some pb, then drive off to gym , not like i sit and eat a meal.
i do get some fats in my diet. in my tuna i use regular mayo and before i go to bed i have a tbsp of flax oil.

The structure looks pretty good, but I would suggest that you determine how many calories this adds up to. Maybe you just need to up the calories.

You should always eat if you are hungry, however sometimes your body is tellling you that you are thirsty when you feel hungry. Are you drinking enough water?

bro,you say you put on 8#.personally i dont use a scale to judge my progress.a mirror and pictures do a lot more..unless you are going for just sheer weight then dont worry about the scale.remember you are also dropping bf,well you should be anyway.just to give you an example.i have gone from 275# 8 weeks ago to presently 247# at 6'2" and trust me when i tell you,i look and feel alot better.my bf has gone from 16% to presently 9%.dont worry to much about the weight, make your asessments on what you see in the mirror...goodluck
