Has Anyone Done Swolecat's 7 Day Rip Up?
I have begun and I am ready to roll but I am uncertain about the meals in between that arent mention in the day to day plan. I am 180 and was told I need around 240g of protien at first with 6L of water. For these protein meals, are we talkin just a piece of meat? Or are veggies allowed in that?

What days are you referring to? If it's the days that you carb deplete, yes, you can have some green veggies at 2-3 of those protein meals. Don't forget your healthy fats at this time. Those then go out when you carb load.
(Some take MCT oil 2 times per day w/the carb load, but I'd hold off on that unless you've done it before)

not to hijack this thread, but i'm curious on the dosage of dandelion and B-6...how much should be taken for best results?
