Cardio on cheat day??
Just wondering how many of you bro's still do cardio on your cheat day while cutting???? I'm thinking it would be counterproductive as you would do your 45-55 min of cardio in the a.m. on empty stomach and then start cheating, right?? Well then you are just adding back fat, carbs and all that after you just burned fat right?? So doesnt that sound weird? Or are you still getting some use out of teh cardio on cheat days???

You don't remember what I was instructing you to do?
Don't forget cardio that I SUGGEST you do is for pure LIPOLYSIS, so you burn fat during that session (progress). You also speed the metabolism when you do this, and the influx of kcals also speeds the metabolism, so you get a 2 for 1 "kick" on the metabolism this day.
Come on brutha, u should know this!
(And no, you won't get fat in 1 day either)
