Over asked, but here's a loose weight/fat :unsure: diet.....?
7:00AM: 45-60min cardio
9:00AM: 12 egg whites, multivitamin
12:00Noon: PWO shake
2:00PM: 3 oz chicken breast/1/2 cup oatmeal/½ cup fiber one
5:00PM: 3 oz chicken breast/½ cup oatmeal/multivit pack
8:00PM: 3 oz chicken breast
11:00pm: 1 lrg pouch tuna
cal 1425 prt 211.5 carbs 93 fat 21.5 fiber 26

1) You're not eating enough food. 1,400 calories is way too low in my opinion
2) You need to add some FAT!! Don't be afraid of fat. It's your friend.

I agree add some EFA's to all your meals except PWO shake and your 2pm meal (which should be 45-60 mins after PWO shake BTW)

Cardio and lifting that close together = bad idea.

so how much fat is too much fat, 21 is still too low?

id say you try around 80-90g of fat perday. Also try to get atleast 3 meals in your stomatch before lifting, and up your kcals. With those kcals your gonna loose alot of lean mass.

thanx guys, at my weight how many calories should i gun for? I'm just tyring to loose weight i'm not too worried about loosing muscle mass, that's an inevitability having to loose as much weight as i need to.

Losing muscle mass you should be totally concerned with, being that lean muscle mass IS your metabolism!

Swole beat me to it. If you lose your muscle mass, your metabolism goes in the $hitter.
