did I mix them in breakfast? maybe I should take out the yolk and just use whites? do you think that would help take out a lot of the fat?

In your first two meals is where I see the biggest problem. You need pro/fat here. Try something like a carton of egg whites and some flax. In meal 2, you have way too many grams of protein in my opinion to be digested at once.

Also, as LMO stated, you need to do more cardio, ATLEAST 4 days.

If I just use a carton of egg whites and flax then that wtoudlnt' leave no carbs or are you implying that I should just add flax and keep the oatmeal?.

I definately agree. I was just stating that 4 days is the BARE minimum and even that is stretching it.

First meal post cardio should just be pro/fat, no carbs. Lately, ive been consuming a protein shake with flax post cardio, then making my second meal a carton of egg whites w/ 2-3 whole eggs.
