Create a snack for me
I am hungry as hell and I still have about 1 1/2 hours until I get to eat my next meal. What should I eat for a snack? I have already had some crystal light and sugar free jello today and they aren't cutting it for me, I need something solid.

You could go with an old school classic from when we were kids like "ants on a log." Just kidding bro. Seriously, I don't know what to tell you other than the obvious ones that I'm sure you already know of (e.g.--beef jerky, almonds, cheese, etc.).

i would eat celery. Thats what i always do when im hungry.

ya bro do what you gotta do. Some people have more then one cheat day. Your having a 1/4 of a cheat day id say. What your doing deff helps you relax from all the strict eating.

You should try to make some of those homemade peanut-butter protein bars or some protein cookies that people have up in the recipes section.
