Revised Bulking diet... tear away
Been tweaking this bulking diet for about 2 weeks, tell me what yall think.
5:00am
5egg whites
2egg w/yokes
60g Oats
8:00am
5oz. chicken
60g Oats
10:00am
5oz. chicken
60g Oats
12:00pm
5oz. chicken
7oz. Brown rice
2:30pm (pre-workout)
6oz. lean GB
1Cup Broccoli
6:30pm (PWO)
64g whey protein
60g Dextrose
10g Creatine
7:30pm (PPWO)
5oz. chicken
60g Oats
9:30pm (Before bed)
6oz. Tuna
2 tbsp. Lt. Mayo or tbsp. flax
Totals:
3592 Cals.
393g Pro.
293g Carbs
90g Fats
Im 6'1" 220lbs. about 16 to 18% bf, tryng to hit 240lbs. clean.
I'll eat this until i stop gaining weight then just add more carbs for higher cals.
Also on off days i dont take the PWO meal.

looks pretty good but forget the light mayo. The light **** has alot of sugar to make up for the less fat. Just use the Flaxseed oil.

your mixing carbs and fats in your first meal bro. . i would go with either the yolks or the oats, but not both

ok so now i changed the 1st meal to 9 egg whites and took out the yokes, and I changed the last meal to 32g whey protein w/tbsp flax, and 3 oz. tuna. The totals now are:
3566 Cals.
394.2g Pro
292.3g Carbs
84.6g fats
Look better?

Not enough PWO carbs. I'd go about 50-55g protein and 100-110g dext at your weight.
