PWO: CHO/Protein Ratio
Couldn't find the thread, but I read the other day where people were asking where did the whole 40g protein/80 carbs come from and if it is dependent on bodysize. Did a little research. Nutrition books say this
1.5g/kg CHO (glucose/dextrose/maltodextrin)

I am not sure either, you would think it would vary on bodyweight or other factors. That ratio you have found is very close, a 1 to 1.5 ratio. currently I was using 40g pro and 80g carb, with that formula I would be at 50g protein and 156g carbs. Hmmm...what book was that in, I am curious.

You probably know more than the book. It doesn't agree with the opinions of this board. THe diets are all mixing fats and carbs. . . Don't waste your money, that ratio was the only decent information that i found.
