    Is Bread Good of Bad?

    I am training to get bigger, is Bread good or bad? I have had different responses on this?

    Bad bad bad. Increases your glucose level in your blood. But if by bigger you mean fatter than its good.

    its not as bad as people say it is but you have better choices than bread. but if your bulking then by all means go ahead,

    if u wanna do a clean bulk dont go with bread, use other things for your carbs

    hey bro how many pounds a week did u drop at first? since we both had basically the same stats 6'1 265?

    first week 7-9.. mostly water weight.. so dont get your panties up in a twist..

    lol trust me i wont ive lost 15 lbs 5 weeks but been punishing myself with cardio... lifts have went down some .... probably 2 percent total volume.

    Again, fine for bulking, not good for cutting.

    Bread contains to much Carbs , I would not use it in eather a bulk or cutting diet .

    oatmeal, brown rice, potatoes, yams. things like that, HIGH GI starches. And for PWO dextrose for a LOW GI carb to shuttle protein to the muscle and begin to repair them. Pasta is not a good choice, all it is is bread. check out the cutting sticky for more info and the best possible carb placement

    i have to say pasta has about the same or more grams of carbs. yes it depends on which kind you buy, but same idea.
