Trying to keep my sanity while dieting
so lets talk about our cheat meal planned for this weekend...
Breakfast- has to be a protein shake before my weekly meeting at work, but about 10am ill be hitting up Mick d's for the "Big breakfast" with eggs, pancakes, hash brown, bisquit, and sausage....tons of carbs...cant wait
Lunch...thinkin Quiznos b/c im craving bread like a mad man
Have yall seen the new taco bell "dollar" menu with the burritos and tacos and stuff on it...i think theres like 6-8 items or something...
think ill do thats for dinner...one of everything on the dollar menu, and then eat a bag of oreo's with some hood low fat milk later on for desert...
And of course shakes and portions chicken in between to make sure i get my protein in...
**** I LOVE CARB UP DAYS!!!!!!!!!!
Just had to let that out...now its time for beef and veggies

and maybe some cheetoes with a movie or somthing later that night...ive been craving cheetoes for weeks now...that **** chip and cookie isle ast the store is killin me every week!

****it, i hate people mentioning their cheatmeals when mine arent. I just made mine today. I was at my summer job (delivering furniture) and it was 88degrees today. So friggin hot, I was sweatin though my shirt like nothing. Usually I dont do that. I was also irritated by the stupid @ss customers who dont open their windows or turn on the AC while I carry a huge friggin bedroom set up two flights of stairs as they stare me down to make sure I dont even come close to bumping a wall. Then put everything together, then have them tell me they dont like it, so I have to sit in their house, SWEATING LIKE CRAZY arguin with them. I looked forward to whats goin on this weekend. Nothing tempting, so I said FCK IT and made my cheat day today. I had myself a 15inch meatball sub and a whole box of friggin ice cream sandwhiches with milk on the side. I wasnt gonna do cardio today cause of all my lifting and carrying at work, but after what I ate, I will now.
My rants done, lol.... enjoy your cheat day, I sure as hell enjoyed mine.

heres what ive indulged on so far:
2 scps protein/ bananna/ natty pb all blended
All you can eat BF buffet: pancakes, waffels, french toast, a personalized omlet with everything in sight, sausage, bacon, eggs, tons of hashbrowns, apple crisppers, and lots of strawberrys and mango to finish...
lunch- 7 layer lasanga, bread sticks, salad, and about 10 oreos in milk...
and still more to come...i can already feel the bloat coming on...lol

lasagna, salad and bread sticks
oreos
baby shower cake
1/2 bag os sour cream and onion chips
7 layer burrito,frito burrito, 2 crunchy tacos
and a heck load of soda...
and more cookies as soon as I can roll my ass to the pantry

I had 3 burgers today ... can't say that I minded it though... at least it was lean ground beef...
Rib fest like I said tomorrow... so I guess I'm bein spoiled...
I suppose it's not too bad though... I've stayed away from the pop and stuff, but I've eaten way too much pasta today
