You need to learn a bit more about dieting and reading labels.
Have you read how much sugar is in fat-free or skim milk ?
As for "super craving" for cornflakes you could eat them with your #2 PWO meal a couple times a week.
I didn't mean to ruin your cheat day and hope you have a good one.

DCB,
Ok, I’m not advocating cereal is the “best” #2 PWO carb meal.
I know rice, yams, potato, etc ….
But IF eating 1 cup yams and 1 cup of Corn Flakes a couple times
a week will keep him on a "strict" diet and stop his carvings, it’s
NOT a bad comprises.
Hey at least I didn’t recommend Frosted Flakes (with dextrose)Last edited by mikeh; 07-28-2004 at 10:30 AM.

There are lots of fat free cereals that you can eat without water that taste good. Go to the grocery store and browse. Hell whenever I do eat cereal I always eat it dry lol.... I just toss it in a bowl and pick at it. Cherios and Cinamon Toast Crunch are awesome to pick on for cheat days lol.
