please critique diet
Ok lets give this a shot. I am 5'8" 200lbs. and i need to lose fat and weight.
7am: cardio
10am: 6 egg whites 2 whole
12pm: Protien shake, 1tbls. Flax
2pm: 1 can tuna w/full fat mayo
5pm: 6oz. chicken breast, 8 asparagus
8pm: Protien shake, 1 tbls. Flax
Please help to see if this is right!!
Also should I take B-12 along with a multi-vit.??
And can I take a thermogenic??

U can go whith B-12 (keep in mind that b-12 inj. is better than oral but the needles...). IMO mult-v its just fine. good luck

b-12 will INCREASE your appetite hardcore, so be carefull..

They have low-sodium tuna. It is even worse because of the texture!!

so the diet is fine overall??
maybe just a multi is better than adding b-12

if you read the stickys then you would Know PWO and PPWO are the 2 most important meals of the day, and you have neither in your diet

Your diet will be good......Just add a PWO shake that has 40g of protein and 80 grams of dex , Plus add a PPWO meal 1-2 hrs later that consist of lean protein and low GI carbs.....then your set!!
