Advise on my diet breakdown
I want to get some feed back on these before i put time into breaking it down to food portions. I have read so much i think iam confusing myself sometimes. Any help would be great.
34 years
5'9 175lbs 8%bf
starting a bulk cycle around sept.
BMR is 2800, this diet is 3700cal.
41%prot(380g) 40%carb(375g) 19%f(77g)
goal would be to put on 20lbs by end of jan
meal 1 30p 60c 5f
meal 2 40p 50c 5f
workout
meal 3 PWS 50p 80c 5f
meal 4 ppwm 50p 70c 5f
meal 5 40p 40c 5f
meal 6 30p 30p 6f
meal 7 40p 15c 20f
meal 8 50p 15c 20f
bed time 50p 15c 5f
again any help would great (good or bad) i can take being told i am way off or wrong, just need some guidance.

you gotta post what your eating bro, not just the macro count. that was what i did at first, and got yelled at for it. re-post with your the foods your eating and i'm sure some bros will help you out

i was hoping to find out if the macro count was even close to being right before i put food portions together
I can say that i think i have what type of quality foods to eat
They will consist of:
protein
egg white
lean beef
chicken breast
whey protein
fish
carbs
brown rice
real oatmeal
beans
yams
green veggies
fat
flax seed
olive oil
dextrose in both pws for carbs along with whey
hopefully i can get some help before i put it to portions, if everyone else feels i need to put portions together first, i will
