    Ok..

My diet is very strict. That being said, I eat plenty of protein, almost no fat and carbs at all...

The fat coming form peanuts is believed to be good fat...But could i still use it in my diet...? As mentioned earlier, i eat almost no fats...

I cannot attest to pre-contest diet. But I do know natural peanuts are great food. But you are mistaken if you do not include fats in your diet. Unless you are talking about saturated. EFA's & MCT are a must. And carbs are required for normal brain function. This advice is not extreme pre-contest. Carbs are also required to either spike insulin (high GI ones) or keep insulin levels more stable(low GI) or mixed with fiber/protein to slow the digestion.

Wow, thanks for being so detailed.

If you want help, great. If you wanna be a smart a$$, then you won't get far here.
