Im looking to gain quality lean muscle mass what amount of Protein, Carbs and Fat should I be intaking
I am about 180lbs 22yrs old and no idea of no idea of BF but I( cant see my abs no more so its getting to much hence the reaosn I want lean quality muscle!
So what should I be intaking?
