    cheat meals?

    aight guys well i had my first chest meal yesterday ( chinese buffet) and im 10 weeks out from show.............so saying that i can cheat for one meal means i can eat anything like pizza, buger and fries, taco bell, fried chicken etc.....but for that one meal? i really need this question answered guys thanx> peace
