Have a look at my Bulk Diet
Bulk diet. 21yr old. 195-200lbs. dont know bf%.
m1: shake (22g), throw 1/2 cup of oatmeal in there, chicken breast
m2: 2 chicken breasts, broccolli, tbsp nat PB mixed with almonds
m3: large can chicken with FF mayo, tbsp flax (im gonna try mixing it with small glass of water and chug bc that sh!t tasts horrible)
WORKOUT
PWO: 50g whey, 100g dex
m5: WW pasta/brown rice/white rice (depends on my mood), 2 chicken breasts
m6: chicken breast, PB/almonds mix
m7: shake with carb countdown milk.
I'm going to maintain 5 days of cardio, but it wont be AM. ITs gonna be around noon everyday. I will do the cardio after class then go home and have meal 2. I will use glutamine before cardio each day. I'm considering starting creatine up again but havent decided yet.

Good to hear you are taking strides towards adding lean mass.
You'll be happy you did this and didn't cut in about a year or so.

it looks good except for that last meal. f the milk and get a good fat source
