Should I eat dextrose on non-workout days?
Is there any point in eating dextrose on non-lifting days? I do cardio in the morning, should I take it 45 minutes after cardio or just not take it at all?

Dextrose after cardio is a horrid idea, and 45 minutes after is even worse.

dextrose is only needed PWO for a quick insulin spike to shuttle the ur other PWO nutrition to ur muscles quicker
