Ok my questions:
1) Does smoking effect your gains? (cigerettes)
2) Is there anything out there that can help me to eat more and not get full so fast?
3) What is the best weight gainer?
4) The best Protein supplement?
5) The best Creatine supplement?
6) Anyone suggest any combo's?
I have been trying to gain weight for 2 years now. I started when I was 18 at 123 lbs. Pathetic. I am now 147-150 depends on if i just ate.
What do I have to do to gain. I have a good build and a small frame, but I know I can gain. I try to eat as much as I can but I get full. Trying to eat all the carbs and protein that is available to me. Are there any combo's out there that if you take them, Train and be consistant that you are garranteed gains? Need any information. I always see big guys talking about I need to gain and cut and many sucess stories but where the small guys at and what did they do to get to where they are today.

When I used to smoke I smoked a pack a day and thought that was horrible.

i used to smoke less than half a pack a day and felt so guilty....finally kim told me to quit and i havent had one in a year.

Smoking will mess you up bro, noone wants to believe it but it will... I've known so many people who have come down with emphysema and lung cancer b/c they smoked when they were younger....
If you have a small appetite, try drinking shakes with flax oil or olive oil, or eat nuts. Those are great ways to get some calorically dense foods into you without being full.
Weight gainers are junk. Whey, go with solidwhey or allthewhey. Tasty and cheap.
Creatine, just stick w/ creatine monohydrate, it's cheaper than the new stuff theyre coming out with every day and does pretty much the same thing.
