your Diet looks solid bro, but you really need to figure out a Cal Range and go with what you have planned for a week or 2 and see whats happening. if i were you id add another 1/2 Cup Oatmeal to your Breakfast.
It looks like you are trying to keep It as Clean as possible (which is not a bad thing) but are you a Hard Gainer or an Easy Gainer?

Wheat bread has more nutrients and is lower GI...... but if you wanna eat white bread and your not going to get fat from it then go for it.

sounds good.. but um
still got a few more questions.
1) i know i need to take out the carbs and fats together.. but when should i move them too. Like what meals.
2) Also are these the right times to be taking these supplements, to maximize their benifits? (any feed back on this would be awesome)

No flame here bro, but whats with all the HMB? It's expensive stuff, and honestly I don't think its all that great (at least for me). I woulda spent that money on more creatine and dextrose.

i think this is a good clean bulking diet , but i wonder if you ' r not going to waste some supplements , for sure you r goin to have some real good time , with good hard workout , and goods feelings .
But i'm not sure you are goin to had some muscle.
i see well your diet during a recovery phase between 2 cycles , to maintain what you gain...
but it's only depending on you , you are the one who knows you better than the others , and if you have elaborate this diet it must be found on your own experience...
anyway i wish you good luck and all the spiritual strenght that you need ( i mean faith is the most important , c'mon ! )
