If you don't know how much/what to eat, where does the 100 grams of carbs figure originate?

Check the sticky at the top of this forum "Unofficial 'How to Cut' by Rambo" -- should get you started on the basics of a good cutting diet.

Sticky, or do a search... Type in "cutting" or "cutting diet" to see other people's examples.

In a strict cutting diet the majority of your carbs should come in the form of PWO nutrition, and the remainder in breakfast. Fibrous veggies are a staple, but keep in mind that they don’t count towards intake, as they have negligible impacts on blood sugar levels. (Exceptions: Carrots, Peas)

-if u cant find out on your own what fibrous veggies would be then god help us all.
