Opinions on non-lift, non-cardio bulking days
Just wondering what you guys run for a pro/fat pro/carb layout while bulking on days that you do not do cardio or lifting...

For myself the diet doesnt change from training days I just dont eat the dextrose. But Im a serious hard gainer so Im not sensitive to carbs like some people may be.

Yea, I feel that I am carb-sensitive so I am considering either pro/fat all day long or substituting in a pro/carb for meal 3.

I'd go with pro/carb meal 1, then pro/fat the rest of the day if you're carb sensitive.

Yea, I think I will just have to play around with it and see how it goes. I usually have my one pro/carb meal in the middle of the day since I work a physical job on these days, but I am thinkin of ditchin the job in exchange for a possible non-physical internship. This is why I ask. Thanks for the opinions.

On true "off" days I have all pro/fat meals. However, I worked my way down to this becuase when I started I didn't have a desk job. The first meal pro/carb is the best time to have the carb if you really need it and are carb-sensitive.
