Hey Swole,
Congratulations on your new endeavor. I've read recently in MuscleMag that things are starting to take off for you.
I see what you charge your clients on your website for training and diet tips. So many of the people on this board who were getting that information for free, didn't realize the VALUE behind it!

Hey Swole,
I'd like to say congratulations again on your future walk of life. I'd also like to ask you a specific question about my diet.
I tend to be endo/meso in physique. About 6ft, 245lbs currently, and trying to get bodyfat down to 6 - 8%. It is currently about 16%.
I have a food service(6 meals per day) that I use here on the east coast designed specifically for bodybuilders in mind. Initially I dropped 20lbs (June through September) and have dropped my bodyfat from 25% to the 16% mentioned earlier, while on 3,000 calories per day 40-45,40-45, 10-20 (Carbs/Protein/Fat). I take in at least 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight daily.
However, recently I can't seem to shed any more fat from my waist. Should I drop the calories, or change the ratio of carbs/protein/fat? Or should I reduce my protein intake to .5 grams per pound of bodyweight? I read a study in the latest MuscleMag that says .5 showed to be more anabolic than 1.5 per pound of bodyfat. What do you think?

[QUOTE=SwoleCat]"they are putting a poster size picture of me on the rocks up there, etc."
Little late to respond here but wanted to say "that's got to feel great." Your a true example of my favorite quote SC, "Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage."
