    One up on you

    I love carb up day :D

    My diet for today:

    This is my clean carb up day after 7 days of dieting. Roughly 200g of carbs

    45 minutes cardio, Chest/Tris

    Diet for today:
    Meal 1: Oats, Egg Whites, Protein Powder

    Meal 2: Chicken Breast, 2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread

    Meal 3: Shake, Oatmeal

    Meal 4: Chicken Breast, Brown Rice

    Meal 5: PWO Shake - 25g Whey, 51g Dextrose

    Meal 6: Chicken Breast, Brown Rice

    Meal 7: Shake, Flax Oil

    Water Consumption: 1.5 Gallons

    ECA 3x today

    Mmmmmm carbs

    I almost forgot what bread tasted like

    oh man i miss toast. i was eating tuna,mayo, and no carb BBQ sauce the other day and was just thinking how good it could be on some toast. but i have been having some victorie cookies the last few week b/c we won 4 out of our last 6 games
