If this is right before bed, yes, its way too many carbs, especially corn. Not an ideal carb anytime of the day. If the protein content is the only reason for the corn- find another protein source. Casein shakes are ideal, or any meats. Fats would include Natural Peanut butter, flax oil, cottage cheese. Make it a staple in your diet to only have pro/fat meals as your last meal before bed. Exceptions would be if you workout late at nite.

Sorry, but it's INCOMPLETE PROTEIN (doesn't build sh*t for muscle) and it's full of SUGAR.

May as well eat a snickers, really.

Dont eat it at nite, especially right before bed and with fats(whole eggs). If you have to eat it, eat it in the early part of the day. Ideally, its not a very good source of carbs and a terrible source of protein. There are better options.

Just because a product states it has X amount of protein, that does not mean it is a good source of protein for building muscle. This is overlooked so much by alot of people.
