I like BodyTech because its cheap, tastes good, and is low in carb. There are currently a lot of great brands being sold Designer is good, Zero Carb is good, and Optimum Nutritions isn't bad either.

If you check the label, you just might find that the amount of protien in yours has more to do with the size of the scoop or number of scoops in a serving. So, if its 20g for one scoop, try using 2 scoops and you will get 40g.

Not at the current time, no.

Canadian customs are a nightmare, not worth the hassle.

Unflavored from ATW for me. Hey fritz how is East Lansing treating you? I used to go to MSU before I transfered. That place is the hardest place I have ever been to be disciplined!

for smegs "Do you ship to Canada?"

try www.sndcanada.com they seem to have good prices, and if you buy over $100, they ship free. Usually you get it within a few days too.

they don't have All the Whey though - only Optimum(and a bunch of other kinds).

Optimum Nutrition is the best protein I've tried. It's especially great considering the price. Get 10lbs and you're set for a couple months.
