My clenbuterol diet
Whatsup guys. I've been reading a lot on diets and this is what fits my schedule the best. I've included the following. Carbs in the morning, vegetables, lowgi carbs, pwo supplementation, whole foods, some casein at night, variety and even variety of efa's.
I'm gonna start clenbuterol soon.
I am gonna be supplementing with 3 g taurine, potassium, and 1.5 gallons of water daily. Benadryl every 3rd week. I have excedrin migrain too.
Cardio: 4x a week, 40 minutes first week.
Second week: 4x a week, 45 minutes. Increase until 60 minutes is reached.
Weightlifting 4x a week. Supplementing with clen always after activity's so it does not mess the process up.
Please tell me what you think!

for you PWO you need a 2:1 ratio of dextrose to whey you need more dextrose
the miracle whip should be full fat mayo and make sure u have natural peanut butter for the good fats, ditch the bread put in some brown rice. Also try and keep your meals carb and protein or protein and fat...dont mix fat protein and carbs. I would also ditch the milk in the morning just have water with the oatmeal and shake i like the approach on the cardio with increasing the time until 60 mins i will give this a try when i cut up ..also how much do you weigh..are the cals enough ..other than that looking good nice baseLast edited by mitch911; 01-08-2005 at 09:08 AM.

5'5 210lbs 15%.
Ill take the advice, except for the full fat mayo. It just doesnt make sense. I understand its more natural, but all the fat is just not good?
What are some easy fibrous veggies to prepare in place of broccolli?

Count your fat as well as cals, carbs, protien.
Some fat is good and needed.
