i just got my dextrose so my workout shake will consist of this
2 scoops of whey and 20 tsp of dextrose which comes out to be 50 grams whey and 80 grams sugar(dextrose)


i have been taking cell tech/ which contains 72 grams of sugar per serving. should i throw this out and quit takin it becasue of the dextrose and plus i am cutting so i am gonna get rid of the creatine in a couple weeks anyway
