Diet Fine tuning......
I am eating about 305 gms p 145 gm carbs and 100gms of fat as of right now.
I know the fat is a little high, but I have hardly any carbs if you take out the pwo and ppwo about onlt 20gms. I am thinking about cutting the fat about in half.
From your guys experience, is that still enough calories?
I am 227lbs and about 18-19% BF right now.
Is there some calculator that convert protein, fat and carb totals to calories.
I want to cut as much as possible but dont want to lose muscle and hurt my performance in the gym.

You did not post your meals etc.. how many kcals are you consuming?
The fat does seem a litle high but again i am guessing, i would have a better idea by looking at your dietary approach.

On nights I dont lift I take out the pwo of course, and add another meal on before bedtime.
It all adds up to about 305 145 and 100 (PCF)
Im thinking of cutting my fat offerings at each pro/fat meal in 1/2.
I appreciate your help.
