Which has a higher GI?
Which has a higher GI: instant white rice or chef boyardee raviollis? I am going to be eating one of these with my chicken breast for my PPWO meal and I read on this site that a high GI carb is what you want PPWO (along with chicken breast).

White rice is the higher GI of the two.
The canned crap is the higher piece of sh*t of the two.

What if I was bulking, could I use Chef Boyardee raviollis with chicken breast for my PPWO meal?
How about that Kraft Easy Mac?
