    Need a little help

    Hey just wanted to see if this diet sounds alright , currently on 2nd bulking cycle . Ran out of protien powder , wont have any till payday (( friday ))

    8:00 am - 5 eggs , 3 whites , 1 cup oatmeal , can of tuna , 2 servings of peas

    10:00 am - 1 can tuna , 1 slim fast , yogurt

    12:00 - 2 cans of tuna on whole wheat bread , red beans & rice

    3:00pm - 8 oz chicken breast , Slimfast

    5:00pm - 12 oz Chicken breast , Green beans , 1 Serving of Rice , yogurt

    8:00 - 1 can tuna , one baked potatoe

    10:00 - 1 Slim Fast , 4 oz chicken

    I'am 6'1 210 lbs

    I WOULD DROP THE TUNA OR EGGS HERE YOUR LOOKING AT LIKE 80 GMS OF PROTEIN, WAY TOO MUCH IMO.

    SLIM FAST IS LAODED WITH SUGAR, TUNA AND SOME BROWN RICE OR A YAM

    AGAIN A TON OF PROTEIN

    THE UGLY SLIMFAST REARS ITS HEAD AGAIN

    NICE, ID DROP THE YOGURT FOR ANOTHER VEGE

    8:00 - 1 can tuna , one baked potatoe

    THIS IS GOOD
    10:00 - 1 Slim Fast , 4 oz chicken

    SLIMFAST UGH. I WOULD MAKE THIS MEAL COTTAGE CHEESE WITH A FAT SO IT BREAKS DOWN SLOW OVERNIGHT. OR DO A SHAKE WITH FLAX.

    You also didnt list your PWO and when you work out. I would follow the sticky above to get yourself started then modify or add good carbs to help bulk.

    I run 30 mins every morning before breakfast , i do push up's , pull ups , and situps allday till around 3:00 or 3:30 and then hit the gym .. Thanks for the advice , I tend to be stuborn about my diet and am deffinitly trying to make some good changes .. I Know slim fast are **** , but thats all i got left in the fridge , But i will switch it up with some cottage cheese ..
