When is the best time of the day is it to consume some flax and on average how much does everyone take? Also, what is the purpose of flax in your diet?

The best time of day is really a broad ?. I wouldnt have any large amounts of fats if i was consuming carbs in the same sitting and i wouldnt have a fatty meal to close to a meal that just had carbs in it. I would leave myself a 3hr window. Flax has a ton of usefull applications. Just do a google search and read up on it.
The fat intake of flax would differ from person to person.

I put 1 or 2 tablespoons in all my protein shakes except for pwo and when i put oats in it in the morning. So its pretty spaced out.
