I was wondering if it is ok to have calories alot lower for firt 3/4 meals of the day and have a majority of calories pwo? Calories would stay the same but the first meals of the day would be only 280 each with 40 P and 12 fat. Then make PWo and PPWO bigger with more carbs but still keep the calories set at cutting range. probably would have to add more carbs also to fill calories.
