I'm scared but ready to commit.
I think I am ready to commit to a strict (er) diet. I hope you guys in here aren't pissed at what I am asking but.............I need something fast, simple, easy and thoughtless. lol Would it be advisable or okay to take meal replacements for 2 meals a day and just eat one meal in the evening?

I am a very, very , very busy guy with 6 kids. Meal prep is tough. I know real food is always preferred. Okay, make fun but I am pushing 40 so mass is not a big thing for me. I am decent sized, I want to cut bf and maintain what I have. So.........although not the preferred method of food delivery, can i take mreal replacemants? If I have to deviate , it will screw things up. I don't always have time to pkg meals and could end up at McDonalds or something!

Good luck hun. I eat 3 solid and 3 shakes a day....when I'm being good about eating. This week I think I've had 6 meals all WEEK....not GOOD!!!

I can asker that one...Meal Replacements are quick yes but the amount of time that there in your body giving you nutrition is too...that my 2 cents..

Seriously, MRPs are cool (sure real food is better...but f@k it), no more than 2 meals though, besides that have 3 solid meals - which is easy, a pwo shake, and you're golden!

I take chicken breasts, cook'em, then chop them up and putt'em in a serving of white rice. Easy and convienent. Also takes 3 min to eat, I always carry them around.
