i favor protein over carbs over fats fats should mostly consist of EFA's
its real difficult to put on muscle and decrease BF naturaly, i mean you have to pinpoint your calorie intake and eat flawlessly keeping real low on GI except PWO PPOW.. its so much easer to put on muscle then take off fat slowly... unless you Juice like a mofo then its all good.
EDIT: Whats your DIET like?

any diet sponsored by a supplement company is after one thing IMO.....your hard earned $$$. not to knock it because it may work for a lot of people, but buying only a single product that may be overpriced just to enter a weight contest doesnt seem all that great to me...again this is just my opinon.

I hope they provided more information than just the total calories and P/C/F percentages for an entire day. Meal frequency, food combinations, and exercise duration/intensity/timing are key things that are left out.
