shopping list for cutting
right now these are the foods i got doesnt seem like much to me
Oatmeal
chicken in can
boneless/skinless chicken
tuna
brown rice
eggs
non salted peanuts
natural peanut butter

add these:
almonds instead of peanuts imo
olive oil
flax oil
romaine lettuce
green beans
brocolli
what ever greens you prefer

Dextrose or a bag of Sucrose 10lb at wallyworld is like 2$
Soy Milk!!! isoflavins are fun
Lentils or ChanaDal are godly carb sources
ChanaDal is a Yellow lentil w/ a GI OF 8!!! lowest i have ever seen
