Brown rice or yams after PWO shake??
Should I have brown rice or yams after my PWO shake? Is it necessary, I have seen so many different answers.
My PWO consists of 40grams protein/80 carbs... I am looking to cut up. I have only one other meal that consists of brown rice or yams which is my 2:00 meal.

Yes for my PPWO meal... I will only be eating protein/fat meals the rest of the day.

I am too impatient to wait for a yam to cook, I cook all my brown rice for the week in one shot, all I eat for carbs is brown rice and oats. People say this and that, but its overrated, one or the other solely is fine IMO.

I use white rice myself.
As long as it's in the right amounts for your goals, using this PWO will not hinder cutting at all.
