quick/stupid question about am cardio
is it ok to drink water while doing am cardio or will it interfere w/ fat burning in any way.. im guessing no but ive never really done cardio b4

Yeah water is fine but don't drink stuff like gatorade cause then your body will use that as fuel instead of the fat.

Yes, it's encouraged.....
Just don't drink so much that you cause stomach pain, and you become uncomfortable.....

Water makes a body look good. If youre not drinking enough water youre not properly aiding the fat loss process. Water=help in fat loss, it helps in the actual fat loss process.
Drink lots. 1G should be enough/4 Liters.
Swolecat ya, hes making the transition to real fit looking and cut and vascular, to adding big as hell to those adjectives.

dont drink too much water, i always end up having to pee 30 minutes into my run
