    your favorite low fat high calories foods?

    Hey Im bulking in my 5th week now of about 4000 to 5000 calories..I am trying to find more foods that are high calorie high protein low fat..like:

    tuna
    chicken

    These are not very high in calorie. Just in protien.

    make yourself a pizza with low fat part skim mozzerella cheese

    yea Im sorry thats what I meant to say..I wanted to find somthing that was high calorie with high protein LIKE tuna or chicken but with high calorie..like a double cheeseburger without the fat content

    Or go to a pizza place and give them a bag of your cheese and tell them to use it instead, they generally wont mind

    a little bit, more carbs than anything though and I think now you can even get low fat dough. But if your bulking up you want fat, fat to a degree is a bodybuilders best friend when your massing out.

    I started using this excellent cheese made out of Tofu. Its called Veggie Slices. Believe it or not it tastes like mozzarella. Each slice has 6 grams of protien and 3g fat no carbs. I use 3 slices in my 3 egg omlette. Dont know how many calories are in it though.

    Yea thats what Ive been thinkin...but In 5 weeks Ive gone from 175 to 190 with 25% BF..and lookin fat in the gut but my muscles are growin nice tradeoff ..geez its allways somthin

    You really don't have to gain that much fat bulking to where you look "fat in the gut".
    You may be meaty a bit all over, yeah, but a gut is out of the question IMHO.

    With you on that one, is that why some of these guys on stage at the shows have that loose skin under the bottom abs Swole? It's like they're lean, but they have that skin that just looks loose and ****ty

    How am I supposed to eat 4000 to 5000 calories a day and not get fat in the gut? Im an ecto-meso typa guy cant imagine having to bulk up as an endo..I think the problem lies in a clean 4000 calories which sounds very hard to do?

    Do some cardio to keep the fat to a minimum.
