your favorite low fat high calories foods?
Hey Im bulking in my 5th week now of about 4000 to 5000 calories..I am trying to find more foods that are high calorie high protein low fat..like:
tuna
chicken

yea Im sorry thats what I meant to say..I wanted to find somthing that was high calorie with high protein LIKE tuna or chicken but with high calorie..like a double cheeseburger without the fat content

Or go to a pizza place and give them a bag of your cheese and tell them to use it instead, they generally wont mind

a little bit, more carbs than anything though and I think now you can even get low fat dough. But if your bulking up you want fat, fat to a degree is a bodybuilders best friend when your massing out.

You really don't have to gain that much fat bulking to where you look "fat in the gut".
You may be meaty a bit all over, yeah, but a gut is out of the question IMHO.

How am I supposed to eat 4000 to 5000 calories a day and not get fat in the gut? Im an ecto-meso typa guy cant imagine having to bulk up as an endo..I think the problem lies in a clean 4000 calories which sounds very hard to do?
