    Let me get this straight...

following Rambo's how to cut thread, you guys recommend carbs only first thing in the morning and pwo on training days

so on NON training days, am i only eating the carbs in the am?

    and every meal is PROTEIN/FAT?

So non training days = 275 protein, 75 fat, and 30 carbs?
Training days, 275 protein, 150 carbs, 45 fat

Will I not lose muscle do to the low carbs?

If your fats are up to par as well as your protein intake, no, you won't lose muscle.

that is just a guideline...you need to adjust it for your own needs. IMO that is way too low. I shoot for 35-40% carbs, 40 usually coming on my zag days (2 days out of the week).

Well on Training days im having 3 tablespoons of Udo's Oil, that equals 45grams of fats.....and have my 1/2 cup of carbs in the morning and pwo meal, plus my 60grams of dextrose after my workout..

So on my non workout days ill be only having a 1/2 cup of oats, and eating 5 tablespoons of flax, equalling 75grams of fats, does this sound accurate?

And im always getting in atleast 250-275g of protein.

    I'm 5'11, 185 lbs, 14% bf

I used to go very low carb, especially non training days. Like Dr. Shred I have changed to having 35-40% carbs, about 30% non-training days. I feel fuller, have more energy, look better and maintain the same leanness (appears even leaner as muscles are fuller). Don't forget that carbs are muscle-sparing. It is different of course if you are cutting, or prepping for a show
