Realize there is no one "timeframe" in which people cut.

When people differ by 100's of lbs., so do their dietary approaches and duration.

For me its soooo hard to get below 10% and even harder to keep it there. At 10% though, you should be seeing something already. Even if you get to 8% you will look very cut. 6% is a very loft goal, but if you wrok really hard, you just might be able to do it.

I have the little bit of fat on the lower abs and handles, uppers are there, just not well defined, i appreciate the vote of confidence guys, like i said, will keep u updated. I am just going to suck it up. It's always hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you first start a journy like this, lets just hope it works outs.

Diet is easy after you get used to it...you gotta do what you gotta do plain and simple!

Waking up at 5am for cardio, now that **** can be testing.

    When they reach their goal?

I don't think i'll ever go back to eating the way I used to in this lifetime. When you eat right, it makes ya feel good.
