my gf wants to tone up cut a few
I no i should just follow the same as a guy would and in corpereate it to her stats but my ques are
she will take
1 a day womens
anything else necessary
and can take in some fruits......
also how out how many clas she should take in

Depends on her height/weight etc.. Is she doing AM cardio??
