Body Fat in 30 days?
Hey all,
Can someone give some realistic expectation for my cutting cycle? I have alway tried to put on mass and never really worried about calories. I am finally trying to get cut up a little and I am not so sure what I should expect.
I am 28 212 lbs at about 14% bf. I am 30 days into my diet and have only lost 1.5% bf. I have dropped my calories down to about 2000/day from 3500 -4500 or so and spread it out with at least 5 meals a day.
I guess where I am confused is when you body goes into starvation mode. You read so much about, but it's really hard to tell. Have I reduced my calories too much that I am storing some fat? With a good diet what is a normal body fat reduction for a 30 day period? I was hoping to get down to 8-10% in the next 60 days. Is this possible, or am I am way out of line?

I'd suspect posting your actual dietary approaches would be a good idea.
That way people can critique your plan and point out areas for improvement.

Fat reduction is the hard process for them who are over weighted. For fat reduction you have to prefer some Body Contouring techniques or liosuction surgery etc..it will produce good result.

u wont lose just bf.. u will probably lose muscle too.
1-2 lbs /week is healthiest to lose in that time frame. any more and ur prolly losing muscle aswell. u wont reach dwn to that percent coz when u lose muscle too ur not exactly leaner just smaller..
