Cutting/Bulking question
Right now I weigh around 160, up from 155. I was bulking for a little bit. Now I have a tredmil and want to loose some bf without losing too much weight. I want to maintain around 160-163, which is my range now. Can this be done, or do I have to loose the weight I just put on along with the bf?

I'd continue to bulk and add lean mass, as cutting at 160 means you're going to cut down even smaller.
Lean mass speeds the metabolism. I just can't justify cutting at such a low weight, I've seen people spin their respective wheels doing that. Gain just a bit of mass, then BOOM, they cut and lose most of what they gained, as at that low bodyweight you can be carrying that much lean muscle mass.
Just my take.

SC, but if I gain say 10 pounds, would I have to cut down that entire 10? Or cut I cut down like 2, and just lower bf?

It's entirely dependent upon how much of that 10 lbs. is water/fat/muscle.
This is why a LEAN mass type of bulk is more ideal, that way you know what you are gaining is quality, not just quantity.
