What to add to rice and chicken

For lunch, I am starting to take 1/2 brown rice with a cut up grilled chicken breast for part of my cutting diet. I ate it today for lunch and I need to add something to it so that it is not so dry. I don't want to add anything that has fat in it. Any ideas?

I tried the soy. It was a little better, still a dry meal. Hot sauce may be a good tip also.
Any suggestions on a good low fat/sugar sauce I can buy?
