    ripping diet

    breakfast im drinkin one muscle milk rtd w/ 1 nutri grain waffle
    lunch im gettin the muscle milk and a lean meat or a power crunch bar
    dinner i eat a salad with a little lean meat
    between meals i get a protein shake with water 1 scoop 100% whey
    trying to lean down to get abs gear taken is winstrol 50mg every other day and hot rox with 25mg ephedrine. wondering how much cardio i need to do a day...so far i do 45 mins or 30 mins and run 2 miles. wondering what i might need to do to help out.

    Winstrol should be taken every day

    "Running" is bad for muscle, anything above 75-80% of your MHR for an extended period of time burns muscle. Are you doing it in the AM on an emtpy stomach?

    You need testosterone with winstrol (yes, injectable) or you risk possible erectile dysfunction.

    Add up your protein/fat/carb/calorie breakdowns for each meal as well as for the entire day, that will help us critique your diet.

    wow shoulda done research first...
    Win EoD is not going to do anything for you especialy that low
    diet is 80% of your physique so i would say... RESEARCH and read stickies because win isnt going to do anything for you anyways, and especialy w/ that diet.

    for breakfast i get about 400 calories (30g carbs 35-40g pro 17g fat)
    between= 200 calorie shake with 1.5g fat 30g pro 5g carbs
    Lunch 330 calor ( 17g fat 40g pro 17 carbs)
    between=same
    Dinner (all protein...about 40-50g then low fat.. nocarbs)
    around 9 or 10 = 110 calorie shake with 25g protein 1.5 g fat and 2 carbs

    Any postworkout shake? You should check into it...

    Eating protein by itself isn't optimal because your body uses the protein for energy instead of carbs or fats that should be with it. Mixing carbs and fats in a meal is bad. Check out the cutting sticky at the top of the diet forum.

    trying to get as lean as possible for Summa time

    Sup guys been gone for a while had to move and all that great stuff. Well here is the diet before i begine i want to tell ya that my body reacts bad to carbs weather tey are complex or simple. im lifting 4 days a week and doing cardio about 2 times a week for 30 mins. Im eatin readmeat 2-3 times a week to help keep the muscle wheingin in at about 180 my abs are breaking but i wanna be shredded

    830 9 egg whites i pack of oat meal

    11 am. 1 can of tuna

    130 pm 1 scoop whey in water 110 cals

    2-4 in the gym

    sometime B/W 3:30 and 4pm 250 cal recovery shake milk casin


    6pm 4-5 oz chicken breast 1 cup brocclie

    9pm same as 6pm or i will have sirlon to substitute

    12. 2 scoop whey in water

    Casein is a terrible recovery shake, you need whey because it is absorbed a lot quicker.

    Do you do cardio in the AM on an empty stomach?

    You should add some fat to your last meal of the day so it is digested slower, you might want to make it real food for that reason.

    Way too many protein shakes. Get the majority of your protein from real protein food, chicken, egg whites, turkey, etc

    first you need a quicker digesting pro PWO, whey protein is a horrible choice for before bed have your casein shake before bed with some EFA's, being in the gym for 2 hours is way too long, cardio only 2x/week isnt going to do much, 5-7days if you want to really make a difference, and has to be done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and do not consume anything for 40-45 min after you're done.

    Read this thread bro - it will give you a good guideline in creating your cutting diet. Then after you create your NEW diet, post it and everyone will crtique it. good luck man

    you only need a PWO shake after your weight training so that your muscles can quickly absorb the pro/dex as a fast rate while your body is in an anabolic state.

    No need for shake after cardio because your muscles are not intensley trained.

    hey, one question here, kinda off topic, but how bad is whey when cutting? I have it for my protein source in like half my meals 'cause I'm on the go/at work so it's the easiest...
